The Rakovski Brovar restaurant has long been a favourite recreation place for Minsk residents and guests of the city. When starting each new restaurant or café, we strive to give our visitors a unique atmosphere and first class service.

Rakovski Brovar — Belarus’ first restaurant-brewery — was opened in 1997:

• Ethnic flavour and democratic spirit of a beer restaurant;
• Located in a historical building of the late 19th century;
• Wide choice of national Belarusian and European cuisines;
• Own mini-brewery.

Our new projects are:

• Salodki Falvarak café-confectionery with own-made culinary products;
• Overtime Sports and Entertainment Club;
• Bukhara Uzbek café;
• La Crête d’Or French restaurant;
• Gelatto ice-cream bar.
